To ensure a positive experience for all visitors, please follow these guidelines when using our Nook pods.
Booking and Usage
Pods can booked in advance via www.nookstop.co.uk. We also accept walk ins.
Sessions are available in set time slots, please arrive on time to make the most of your booking.
Unattended bookings may be released after 10 minutes.
Respect and Care
Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect others in the space.
Food and drink are not permitted inside the pods.
Please leave the pod tidy and remove any belongings when your session ends.
Please remove shoes before using the pods.
Socks must be worn.
Please do not take pens or sharp objects into the pods.
If you connect to the bluetooth speaker, please disconnect when you leave for the next visitors.
Safety and Well being
Children and young adults must be supervised at all times.
Pods are designed for calm and relaxation, any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to leave.
Cancellations
If you’re no longer able to attend your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
We’re happy to offer a full refund if you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not refundable, but we’ll do our best to rearrange your session to an alternative time and date (subject to availability).
Liability
While we aim to provide a safe environment, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings.
